Yes. The Automation track is designed for beginners with no coding prerequisites. If you can use a spreadsheet and follow a process, you have enough to start.

Yes. Book a consultation to validate track fit, readiness, and cohort timing before submitting an application. We prefer this — a mismatched enrollment wastes everyone's time.

Yes. Elevorix runs two lanes: operational AI systems for companies and applied diploma tracks for learners. The company side handles implementation; the learner side builds the skills to do the same.

No. Computer vision is an academy track only — not a company service line.

In some cases, yes. Admissions may recommend a shorter pathway if your baseline already meets advanced entry requirements. This is decided after a readiness conversation, not from the website alone.

No. n8n educational partner approval applies to the Agentic AI and Automation Ecosystem Diploma only — not to NLP/RAG or Computer Vision tracks. We state this clearly so the claim is not misread as a blanket credential.

Elevorix is recognized as an n8n educational partner for the Automation diploma — the first such partnership in Egypt. The curriculum and delivery standard are aligned with n8n's educational partner framework.

CompTIA and NVIDIA are listed as ecosystem affiliations representing educational positioning within those partners' programs. They are not certifications issued by CompTIA or NVIDIA to individual learners. Read the exact wording on the relevant page for scope.

Arabic and English. Live sessions, support, and materials are available in both. Most learners in Egypt use Arabic for live sessions; course materials may be bilingual depending on track.

Yes. Live sessions are recorded for enrolled learners. Redistribution outside the cohort is prohibited under enrollment terms.

The Automation diploma offers one year of recording access. NLP/RAG and Computer Vision recording terms follow the active offer at time of enrollment — confirm with admissions before payment.

Standard response target: within one business day (Sun–Thu). Live-session critical issues are prioritized and typically resolved same-day. WhatsApp is the fastest channel for urgent matters.

100% refund — canceled within 14 days of payment and before the start date.
70% refund — canceled 7 or more days before the start date.

A structured session where the learner explains and justifies the technical decisions behind their final system. The evaluator asks questions across design choices, evaluation methodology, failure handling, deployment, and scalability — not just whether the system works.

Why did you choose this architecture? How did you measure retrieval quality? How do you reduce model failure? What happens when the API is unavailable? How would this scale at 10× data volume? What are your system's known limitations?

Yes. The rubric is public — that is intentional. Review every criterion, pass level, and failure phrase at defense-rubric.html before you start building. The rubric is not a surprise; it is the target.

You receive written feedback on which rubric areas were insufficient, then revise your system and re-defend within an agreed timeline. The certificate is issued only after all six criteria are met — no exceptions.

Five gates must be cleared: a working deployed system, documented evaluation evidence, architecture documentation, a mentor code review, and a passed capstone defense. Attendance alone does not qualify — and the certificate is only issued after all five are met.

That the graduate built and defended a working AI system against the published capstone rubric. It is evidence of delivered work — not passive course completion. Graduates also leave with a deployed system they can demonstrate live in an interview or client conversation.

No. A certificate from Elevorix confirms you built and defended a working AI system. It is proof of delivered work — not a job placement guarantee or salary promise.

Yes. Certificates include a verifiable registry URL that can be added to LinkedIn's credential section. The URL confirms authenticity to anyone who checks — employers, recruiters, or clients — without requiring them to contact us directly.
